The art of bean to bar chocolate making is an intensive, long and highly technical process. But the result is of far higher quality than the mass produced alternatives.
 
It all starts from the cocoa bean. Based in Cambridge, Anisa makes her chocolates using premium and rare varieties of cocoa, carefully sourced with ethics and quality at heart where the farmers are paid a premium price for their crop.
 
Its traceability means that there has been tremendous love and effort put into making these chocolates - from the farmers growing the cocoa, to Anisa transforming these beans into chocolate, and to us incorporating this chocolate into our bonbons.
 
We’ve turned Anisa’s chocolates into smooth, velvety-rich ganaches, to truly make these delicious and complex chocolates shine:
 
Cardamom - India 45% - Raisin, caramel and citrus notes, paired with warming cardamom (out of stock)
 
Coffee Gianduja - Ecuador 50% - Almond and hazelnut with notes of red fruit, paired with bold, chocolatey Matari coffee from Yemen
 
Cinnamon Rose - Peru 50% - Plum, cream and spice with rose notes
 
Colombia - Colombia 75% - Tangy tropical fruit and pepper with a creamy melt
