This website is owned and operated by The Little House. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about our services, menu items, price listings and an online shop. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sale of products
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 
 
Allergens
While extra care and safety are always adhered to when handling allergens, please note we cannot guarantee that all of our products are 100% free from allergens (including dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, wheat, and others) as these products are also prepared in our kitchen. It is the customer’s responsibility to let The Little House aware of any allergies prior to booking.

The full list of ingredients for all our postal products will always be available online in each product page, on the side heading the 'Ingredients' tab.
 
Refunds & returns
At the moment, we don't offer refunds or returns but please email hello@thelittlehousedorset.com if you have any questions or issues with your order.

The postal chocolates are tightly wrapped, cushioned and packaged to ensure that they'll arrive to the recipient in mint condition. We also label them accordingly so the postman will handle them with care. However, we have no control of the parcel once it's been dispatched so we cannot guarantee that it will be perfect upon arrival. If you have a safe place arranged with your courier, please make sure it is not in direct contact with sunlight and away from heat.
 
Orders subject to collection may be collected, free of charge, from The Little House upon prior arrangements. We accept no responsibility for any damage sustained once an item has left our premises.

Right to change and modify terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
